Salad Your Way To Kick Ass Health At Home!

Yes it is ALL ORGANIC and cost about $7! I make something like this on most nights. I make my salad my meal.

This one has red leaf lettuce, avocado, blueberries, apple, cranberries, peanuts, and wild caught smoked salmon. Balsamic and olive oil with black pepper for seasoning.

Yum!!!!! Healthy!!

I am writing an entire booklet on making salads into meals. I have found that eating like this has helped with my energy and sleep, and makes it a lot easier to keep slim and trim :-)

I think of it as one stop shopping for my gut. Vitamins, Antioxidants, Minerals, Good Fat and Good Fiber!

And it is pretty. Eating colorful and pretty has a very positive effect on the psyche.

I have a certain plate or bowl I make the salad in, so I never over portion. In this way there is not a chance of overeating. This technique is a skill that has to be practiced, but once learned can be applied to any meal.

Cleaning up the kitchen and putting away all the food before sitting down to eat is another way to not overeat. If you are all cleaned up and there is nothing out to get seconds from….then you usually don’t get seconds!!

Portioning out in your specific bowls or plates also keeps the cost down.

What could be better?!
